Warranty
For all warranties applies they are only valid at normal and reasonable use of the Timberpool swimming pool. Your warranty lapses in case damages are caused by incorrect installation.
Warranties are limited to replacement of the claimed and assigned parts. Warranties are only valid after bringing in your warranty registration which you must send within 30 days after buying together with a stamp and copy of proof of purchase of your dealer to us.
Your warranty to the wooden parts is 15 years. This warranty does not include tearing, bursting and colouring of the wood since it does not diminish the mechanic resistance of the wood for tearing, bursting .jpg)
and colouring of wood is a natural procedure. The 15-year guarantee on the wooden parts, is only valid when (in case of an in ground installation) the space around the pool is filled with clean white sand. If you choose to install your pool in ground, you must take into account to fill up the pool all around with stabilized sand in case of high ground water or marshy ground. This stabilized sand needs to be filled up above the ground level spaciously.
Your warranty for manufacturing mistakes and mechanic failings to the stainless steel ladder, swimming pool liner, skimmer and return fitting is 2 years.
